Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable consumer laws.

Gift cards and promotional codes are subject to their stated terms and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Enrolling in or subscribing to a plan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, record, or publicly share course videos, downloads, or other protected content except where we explicitly allow it.

We may update, replace, or retire courses and features. Access may depend on your subscription status, enrollment, or geographic restrictions.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content at scale, interfere with other users, or upload malware or unlawful material.

Feedback and reviews should be honest and respectful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Plugin Courses, our branding, platform, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Course instructors retain rights in their content; your license is limited as described above.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific learning outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred USD, whichever is greater, except where law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
